Buildoreno provides metal roofing, flat roofing, landscaping, underpinning, and general contracting services in the GTA.

## Payment Terms
- $0 deposit required
- Milestone-based billing: 30% at materials delivery, 40% at midpoint, 30% at final walkthrough
- Accepted: e-transfer, cheque, credit card, cash

## Warranties
- 5-10 year workmanship warranty on all projects
- Manufacturer warranties on materials apply separately
