Referral program terms

The fine print. Plain English, no surprises.

Eligibility

Anyone 18 or older with a valid Canadian mailing address can register a Buildoreno referral kit.
Referred projects must have a contract value of at least $5,000 to count toward the reward ladder.
Referred leads must be new to Buildoreno — not already in our lead or customer database within the previous 12 months.
You can't refer your own household. Lead phone numbers and addresses are automatically checked against the referrer's information.

$50 when your referred lead books a consultation with us.
$250 when they sign a contract for an eligible project.
$1,000 when the project is completed and final payment is received.
Rewards are cumulative — a fully completed referral earns the referrer a total of $1,300.
Rewards are paid by cheque or e-transfer within 14 days of each milestone, sent to the mailing address on file.

Referrals expire 180 days after submission if no consultation has been booked. Expired referrals do not earn rewards.
Referrals may be disqualified for incomplete contact info, duplicate submissions, or ineligible project scope. We'll always tell you why.
A retired kit can no longer accept new referrals, but existing referrals continue to progress through their stages normally.

Rewards over $500 per calendar year may be reported to the CRA via a T4A slip. We recommend keeping records for your personal tax filing.

We collect your name, mobile phone, email, and mailing address solely to administer the referral program and deliver rewards.
Transactional notifications (referral status, payout confirmations) are sent regardless of marketing consent.
Marketing emails require explicit CASL consent — you can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text or using the unsubscribe link in our emails.

Buildoreno may update reward amounts, eligibility thresholds, or these terms at any time. Changes apply prospectively — referrals submitted before a change keep the terms that were in effect at submission.
Buildoreno reserves the right to suspend any kit suspected of fraud or abuse.
