Yes. We never ask for a deposit or upfront payment. You pay nothing until materials are delivered to your property and the project is underway.
Your first payment of 30% is due when materials arrive on-site. This way, you can see and verify the materials before any money changes hands.
We accept e-transfer, cheque, cash, credit card, and debit. We can also work with your bank on financing arrangements for larger projects.
We partner with financing providers to offer flexible payment plans on qualifying projects. Ask your project estimator about available options during your free consultation.
Because you pay in milestones, you always have leverage. The final 30% is only due after a walkthrough where you inspect and approve the completed work. We do not consider a project finished until you are satisfied.
