Yes, our structural warranties transfer to new homeowners upon sale of the property. This adds value to your home and gives buyers confidence. Contact us to initiate a warranty transfer — we will update our records and provide documentation for the new owner.
Manufacturer warranties cover defects in the materials themselves — for example, a metal roofing panel that fails prematurely. Workmanship warranties cover our installation and labour — if a leak develops because of how we installed the roof, that is on us to fix at no cost to you.
