Every project on this page is real work Buildoreno has completed for a real GTA homeowner. We document each one with before-and-after photography, a clear scope summary, and (where permitted) the actual price range and timeline. There are no stock photos and no work we contracted out — every project on this page was built by our own crew under owner-operator Patrick Grygoruk's direct on-site supervision.
What we build, by category
Our portfolio breaks down across five distinct service lines, each with its own technical standards, permit process, and material specifications:
- Metal roofing — standing seam, metal shingles, corrugated across Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Oakville, Markham, Burlington, Hamilton and surrounding GTA. 40–50 year lifespan systems, manufacturer + workmanship warranties documented on every project.
- Flat roofing — TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen on residential and small-commercial buildings — rear additions on older Toronto semis, contemporary infill builds, attached garage roofs.
- Landscaping & hardscaping — interlocking paver driveways and patios, retaining walls, complete backyard makeovers, outdoor living spaces, drainage and grading work.
- Underpinning & basement lowering — engineer-supervised structural work to deepen basements, reinforce foundations, and convert unfinished basements to legal-height living space.
- Home additions & renovations — rear, side, and second-storey additions; dormers; full interior renovations; permit-managed projects from drawings through occupancy.
