This Leslieville homeowner had a typical Toronto problem: a long, narrow backyard that felt more like a corridor than a usable space. We designed a layout that creates distinct zones—a flagstone patio for lounging, a raised dining area, and lush perennial borders that provide privacy from neighbors. Built-in bench seating maximizes the narrow footprint while cedar screening adds vertical interest and blocks sightlines.
