About this project
This project features a high-performance 2-ply Modified Bitumen flat roofing system installed on a residential pavilion. The scope of work included the precise application of a granular cap sheet and the installation of custom metal counter-flashing along the existing brick masonry to ensure a seamless, watertight transition.
