About this project

This Oshawa home's asphalt shingle roof was nearing the end of its service life, with curling shingles and granule loss leaving it vulnerable to leaks. Rather than another short-lived shingle replacement, the homeowners chose a permanent solution: a premium metal roofing system. Our crew completed a full tear-off down to the deck, inspected and prepared the substrate, and installed self-adhered ice and water shield at all eaves, valleys, and penetrations. The new interlocking metal panels were then fastened with concealed hardware for a clean, modern profile that sheds snow and rain effortlessly.
