Yes, our structural warranties transfer to new homeowners upon sale of the property. This adds value to your home and gives buyers confidence. Contact us to initiate a warranty transfer — we will update our records and provide documentation for the new owner.
Manufacturer warranties cover defects in the materials themselves — for example, a metal roofing panel that fails prematurely. Workmanship warranties cover our installation and labour — if a leak develops because of how we installed the roof, that is on us to fix at no cost to you.

Warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship, not normal wear and tear. For example, a metal roof that develops a leak at a flashing point would be covered. Natural colour variation over decades would not. We are always transparent about what is and is not included.
