The People Behind Buildoreno

Chris founded Buildoreno after spending more than two decades as a trusted subcontractor for several of the GTA's largest general contractors — building the high-stakes structural, roofing, and exterior renovation work that homeowners never see the credit for. He started Buildoreno to bring the same caliber of work directly to homeowners, without the layers of project managers, profit margins, and accountability gaps that often turn residential construction into a frustrating experience. Chris is personally involved in every project's scope review and quality milestones.

Patrick handles project intake, on-site estimation, scope definition, and ongoing project management for every Buildoreno client. He's the single point of contact who answers your calls, sends you progress updates, coordinates with our crews and engineering partners, and walks you through final approvals. Patrick's role exists specifically because the most common complaint about residential contractors is communication failure — Buildoreno's structure makes that nearly impossible.

David leads Buildoreno's landscaping and hardscaping work, with over a decade of GTA experience in interlocking stone installations, segmental retaining wall systems, drainage solutions, and complete outdoor living transformations. His installations focus on base preparation and proper drainage — the invisible work that separates landscaping that lasts 25+ years from landscaping that needs repair after 5. David coordinates with our heated driveway and landscape lighting subcontractors when those scopes are part of a project.

Kamil leads Buildoreno's roofing installations, holding current certifications for major metal roofing manufacturers we install (required for full manufacturer warranty coverage). He's installed hundreds of metal and asphalt roofs across the GTA, with particular expertise in complex valley work, chimney flashing, and roof-to-wall transitions on older Toronto homes. His installations are the reason Buildoreno can offer a 10-year workmanship warranty on roofing in addition to the manufacturer warranty.

Ewelina is the backbone of the office: she manages client communications, schedules estimates and project kickoffs, handles permit document workflow with municipalities, coordinates supplier deliveries, and keeps all client files organized. If you've called Buildoreno's main line, you've likely spoken to Ewelina. She's responsible for the fact that nothing falls through the cracks between your initial inquiry and your final walkthrough.
